They can be found as part of the Source SDK tools on steam, download, run it, and refresh the TF2 SDK content to make sure they get downloaded to your common folder under sourcesdk_content. But keep in mind that these files are heavily out of date - however they do contain un-triangulated + flexed Maya sources which may or may not be useful to you.

Best thing to do is just extract the models from the VPKs (tf2_misc_dir.vpk) and decompile them yourself using Crowbar for your own needs.
