Tomorrow evening is likely when the patch hits. We will see the day 3 reveal this evening, then tomorrow will be day 4. Once the day 4 page is revealed, that's when the update will likely be shipped to everyone.

Wouldn't number 4 be more suited for Engineer as he has the proper hat to match, not to mention he wears overalls.
Throwing my hat back into the hat-concept ring after who knows how long of a break from making subpar concepts.
I'm trying to make just a good all-class hat that looks good without being restricted to a certain gimmick or concept, the closest we have being various achievement top hats. I'm thinking a hat, like the Modest Pile of Hat, that's just visually appealing, and isn't pingeonholed into a certain theme or loadout design, like otherwise nice hats such as the Bill's Hat and the Killer Exclusive are. Also ideally it wouldn't clip with most facial cosmetics, so it'd be a bit oversized.

The colour is still a placeholder, but the general idea is "simple 70's era Circus Ringmaster top-hat with warm darker colours, a brighter but still subtle sash, and a TF logo insignia". As you can tell from the reference images I've used that it's A. based off of a concept I did a few years ago -

but i wouldnt recommend anyone to do war paints atm, we dont know yet how they work or if valve will launch a tool for them, we dont know wich parts of a weapon can be painted or stuff like that.

Skins are arguably among the easiest workshop items to make. Now that Volvo is officially accepting custom skins, there's going to be more competiton
