It could just be the way the textures wrap on the black box, but the edges of the pattern should match up. Also, the way the shells are shaded make it look like it’s an anaglyphic 3d image and blurry.
You could also make one of the bees a queen bee; like give it a crown or make it look more like a real queen bee.

Saw this note in the patch notes and I had to give it a try, so I used one of my pre-made works I made for CS:GO. I feel like it fits TF a lot better with the wear system they use instead of CS:GO

The issue with the sentry is that the progression doesn't work from an animation perspective. Theres no plausible way the barrel could shift like it does.

Dude that'd be amazing, I'll add you after I get home from work later. Also one more thing, I'm pretty sure I overlooked a file cause I thought I replaced them all, but the emblem on the left side persists.
