Wouldn't the animations be weird for a pyro weapon? He does the axe swing thing where you slide one hand from nearer the top of the axe down to the base of it as you're swinging to get the best leverage or whatever. I feel like that would lead to some clipping since there's a bunch of concrete halfway down the axe. It might not be that big of a deal since the clipping would only be momentary, but I could see it making the animations look weird.

cheat like they do for demoman when animations would be weird and use the allclass melee animations, pretend that pyro can hold it one handed no issue

So I was trying to model something for myself cause I wanted to prove myself and the world that I was an independent concept-artist who doesn't need no help from no modeler... fast forward and my Photoshop licence ended and I really just want to go back to making concepts again (might have to figure out a different way) besides that I also lack any knowledge of any further action... Anyway can someone finish this thing for me?
It needs some things, Mainly:
- Team colored versions (the necks)
- Spec map
- lods
- rigging

EDIT just noticed a small normal map problem on the blade. If you take it on just soften it up a bit more to calm my ocd.

Pretty certain this past update confirms they don't give a hoot about the Gold Star for when it comes to skins until they add an official method.
That said, considering how many skins have already been made without an official importer, we may never see an official skin importer any time soon.

I'm gonna tell you right now, if that bandolier bullet design is the one you're doing, you're gonna need to add a lot more variation between the bullets and make the general texture a lot more interesting. Right now it just looks like crayons.
