But sometimes people act in a way that results in others not wanting to work with them.
I don't know why ikes thought it was a good idea to try and start drama when there clearly isn't any besides "we don't like bang much", but that shouldn't worry you or anybody at all. Bang just provided useful information/assets, and did it in a mostly non-condescending way (there are "X for dummies" guides everywhere and I doubt bang phrased the title like that to purposely tick people off"). Don't worry about it and don't let somebody like Ikes making a dumb comment fan any flames. Personal problems are personal problems, if somebody dislikes somebody else, that's their perogative. It doesn't mean there's some drama or discourse going on withing the TF2 modding/design community, and it certainly doesn't mean people are petty enough to go "Well, Bang! did provide some good info and assets, but we hate him so fuck 'im."

Though i think the regular/long one is more visually pleasing. And both of those have skybox variants and share textures. Lods shave it down to about 800 triangles minimum and all that good stuff.

Those RF-16 textures were great to work on! Took me a while, but with everybody's feedback, I think it turned out not too badly. If anybody has any critique or suggestions, feel free to share them.

So, i was trying to find tutorials on creating a TF2 mod (but not custom items, i mean things like TF2C or Lambda Fortress) and couldn't find any, would someone know of a good tutorial to link me? I don't plan on making anything wild, i just wanted to fiddle around with some weapon stats. I don't even know the basics of setting up folder structures etc. Any help would be appreciated :)

I created a (slightly janky) mod to help improve people's screenshot taking ability for skins. Works pretty similar to hlmv. The interior could have been more detailed however (bones for the speedometer?). Also some envmap / wear on the texture would spice it up a lot.
