Posting here since everyone is ignoring it in Hardware and Software
Haven't been able to see the background images in steam for the longest time and the team fortress 2 site images don't load anything. I think my computer is blocking the sites for these but I have not idea how to unblock them

Posting here since everyone is ignoring it in Hardware and Software
Across every browser you use? Every device in your household?
Across every browser you use? Every device in your household?
Team Fortress 2's site doesn't load images in any of the browsers I use on my computer. Loads fine on my phone and steam doesn't show the background images for the games
You take the effort to remove your ID from the screenshot, but post it with your FP account that is linked to your steam account?
Whats even funnier is that this screenshot was taken from the reddit thread on /r/steam, i then grabbed my own screenshot afterwards

I have an account there but the last time I used it to truly research a problem was like 3-4 years ago. Now I look everything up in Steam discussions directly in the client.
Hurry up Garry, even Valve are leaving Vbulletin
Valve removed the Steamworks Developer badges
Hey all, we wanted to let you know why the Steamworks developer badge disappeared from community profiles. Unfortunately, the badge was being used as leverage in a variety of unintended ways. Scammers and account hijackers tried to acquire the badge to appear more legitimate to innocent users, and bad actors in the development community tried to sell the badge to other accounts. Of course, in your own game’s community hub your account is still indicated as a developer. Removing the profile badge has no impact on your presence in your community hub: your account is still highlighted as a developer, and your moderating/admin privileges are unaffected.
[editline]18th May 2017[/editline] To be clear these "bad actors" wouldn't be there if Greenlight never happened, and neither would the shovelware all over Steam's Under $5 section now
Greenlight was a mistake. [editline]18th May 2017[/editline] To be clear these "bad actors" wouldn't be there if Greenlight never happened, and neither would the shovelware all over Steam's Under $5 section now
Really banging up the thread with new and refreshing insight, guy.
Valve confirmed that the Kerbal devs joined and said this: “Yes, they joined a little while ago and we will have more news about what they are doing soon,” explains the Valve spokesperson. "
