Looks to me like a Tany Stork impression.
Looking at his workshop - I mean, I can't model to save my life but I know where my skill lies with it. Those 'items' look like test models he's made.
In my opinion, those should have stayed locally on his HDD while he used them for practice (some ideas on there are pretty good and unique, but they need a lot of polish or texture work).
