The actual idea isn't that bad, I kind of like the idea of a Engi hat with tools in it, but god the execution is sloppy.

The idea actually seems like a good one.
So I gave the guy some insights and thoughts, because I can see that idea going somewhere if the hat is executed properly. Just my opinion.

Video responses are a bannable offense, like how image macros/image responses are a bannable offense. The fact that it's JonTron makes it worse (I'm not a big fan of him tbqh).

One of the reasons I like these boards a lot honestly is the fact that memes and video reactions, which are excessively used on practically every other forum I seem to frequent are flat out bannable ( all temp though, which is good ) offenses here.
When you see the same things over and over and over again, it's nice to have a place to go were you can break away from the "norm" I guess you can call it.
