I think that he might be trolling. Each time that I called him out, he just deletes my comments. Though there could be a slight change that he's serious. But we don't know for sure.

While that may kinda reasonable, I wouldn't jump to conclusions just yet.
If he does have a disability, he might not understand as the rest of us do. I used to be like that as well when I was younger (I have regular Autism), but developed more of the skills over time and grew out of it. So maybe he might be someone still developing in certain areas? You never know.
Still, lets not jump to conclusions yet.

I mean as someone who's also on the spectrum with aspergers, I hate jumping to that card as well. Maybe because I've been noticing the same things when I was still developing and understanding this kinda stuff, but in no way am I going to point to conclude his actions because 'I think he may have a disability"

I've had the guy who made decoyinvasion delete my and another guy's comments because they were criticizing the map he put no effort into making
he's just "protecting" his submission from "haters"

There's no law against being a minor and working in an industry and getting paid above 13 years of age. (Though there are indeed laws such as having the full right to a 30 min break every day and limits to how many hours they can work on school days and weekends.)

I got my first item in when I was 14 and the only problem Valve had with that was that I didn't put any bank information till Eric had to add me directly on Steam just to remind me about it.
