He just ripped the AWP model straight out of CS:GO, he even advertises it as such in the description. He's replaced the AWPer Hand, which was unfit for the artstyle to begin with, with the most realistic version available.
Almost looks like they cut off Nessie's head, slapped the letters TF on it, and called it a new weapon.

Plus no attempt to create maybe a very simple model to emulate the glow, just a photoshopped glow of the classes possibly ripped from the wiki.
