This submission is called "Invisible Botkills", so they've essentially just uploaded stock weapons.
Alongside that the user has just uploaded a bunch of other people's weapon models / skins.
It's really something special where you don't steal people's models but hideous to no effort put in/first tries reskins of Gamebanana. . . amusing considering he stole 3 model submissions and went on to finding these "works of art":

it's fucking copout to avoid animating more than 2 poses a shot. every time i see one i'm not impressed. there are a million ways to portray depression and it's no coincidence everyone defaults to that particular way. i remember seeing them when i browsed through the competition thinking "really? wtf did i animate a full minute worth of story for when everyone else was only doing 10 seconds and stretching it out 6 times?

But it has a curved clip, so it is probably a rifle. I don't think I've ever seen shotgun rounds in those, but once again, my knowledge of guns is limited to TF2 itself.
