I think 'them' IS referring to the items themselves. And I don't believe he means does anyone have an actual list saved somewhere on their computer, but rather could someone list the items in a post. I don't mean to speak for him, but it sounds like he was trying to say that in a more polite way then "please do this for me" which could get misconstrued as him begging someone to do the work for him.
