I thought they were cute but now I can't get over that.
why do you guys think that the company that celebrated the 100th update with the 119th update will do anything on October 10th
Simply because the update has been in works for so long, that they have to give us at least a itsy bitsy blog post on it on 10th october although the more optimistic option is the update itself. But hey, they might as well do nothing, making this community even more tired and unwilling to wait any longer.

What happens if you stop waiting?
Curious about the phrase "unwilling to wait any longer." What happens if you stop waiting?
Well, you stop caring altogether and just hope that it'll maybe arrive one day, that's how i see it.
Well, you stop caring altogether and just hope that it'll maybe arrive one day, that's how i see it.
And this is considered undesirable? What's the benefit of "waiting" then?
Ill be looking forward to the thread getting 500 Watchers again and the pages moving at lightspeed like at 9/6.
Pro tip. If you want to enjoy TF2 never play 2fort or turbine
Pro tip. If you want to enjoy TF2 never play 2fort or turbine
I actually enjoy Turbine, fight me
Pro tip. If you want to enjoy TF2 never play 2fort or turbine
Agreed. Play ctf_turrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrbine instead. [t]https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/93854807392498346/5CF4FA7775D9DF12B16450DFB3A052F95DC2FBFA/[/t]
Most bad maps are enjoyable in the right mindset, if you're mostly trying to win then yeah it's gonna be kinda sucky.
When I play TF2 I first play 2fort for some time, then go to other maps. It is the best for fast shoota-shoota
Most bad maps are enjoyable in the right mindset, if you're mostly trying to win then yeah it's gonna be kinda sucky.
It's not a bad map but it becomes unplayable when you run into stack medic+heavy. I simply feel bad for f2p's who can't do anything against such people.
I feel sad looking at the TF2 trailers, knowing that the game will never get a team large enough with the same kind of love it had gotten during its development.
I feel sad looking at the TF2 trailers, knowing that the game will never get a team large enough with the same kind of love it had gotten during its development.
Dude, watching old E3 footage from 2007 is sad. Especially when they announced TF2 and everyone started to scream and go insane. It sucks knowing the game will never be that large again.
Pro tip. If you want to enjoy TF2 never play 2fort or turbine
Pro tip: if you wanna enjoy tf2, play whatever map you want.
Pro tip: If you wanna enjoy TF2, don't.
2fort and turbine are pretty bad maps, just like all other ctf maps. 2fort is imo the worst map in the game. Play what you like but design-wise they're pretty bottom-of-the-barrel. 2fort suffers from the typical horrible stalemates of ctf, with added bonuses of enormous sniper sightlines, tight corridors, and multiple sentry spots that cover every single route to the Intel room. Turbine isn't the worst ctf map, but that's kind of like saying melanoma isn't the worst type of cancer. It's still campy and stalematey and deathmatchy, and if you want decent team fights you're SOL
That fucking Ambassador nerf can't come soon enough. Jesus christ I'm sick of it.
turbine mid is actually god tier for skill based combat since you aren't bound by tiny hallways and clusterfucks of props that block movement. every class has equal potential to do something impressive.
Who wants a team fight?
People playing Team Fortress 2, generally speaking.
People playing Team Fortress 2, generally speaking.
Teamwork is the last thing you'll find in a casual game.
Teamwork is the last thing you'll find in a casual game.
Sure, if you're playing ctf. If you're playing on a really well-designed gamemode like payload though, then you're bound to see teamwork because the entire mode is designed to encourage it.
