I spent the last like 3~ish hours playing MvM and more or less playing like an idiot (4-heavy rush, baiting sentry busters and spies into the Mannhatten grinder). At the start of it someone tried to votekick me before I even joined and I read some of what he was saying in chat; I was apparently on his "blacklist" of players to kick off missions. I didn't even know who he was but after the vote failed, he left and said "have fun losing." I remembered who he was and turns out he was the guy that launched a Cow Mangler Soldier into himself on Rottenburg one night with his own sticky trap, killing him. He got mad at me for not having my Sentry apparently focused on this one specific Cow Mangler Soldier that he tried to votekick me; it failed and he just made remarks throughout the mission of how I was the worst Engineer he's seen. At the end, he got a Professional Killstreak Kit for the Shovel with Mean Green. I got an Australium SMG. So anyways, he left after the vote failed today. Mission went well. I've been playing so many tours of MvM and everytime I finish one I always get nothing but trashy specialized killstreak kits. But recently I actually got a specialized killstreak Scattergun fabricator, so I decided to make it into a kit, put it on the market and made $4 :ok:.

I got my aussie rocket around my 9th tour. Used it for a long ass time till it started to grate on me how using the damn thing made people just instantly ignore the rest of my team and tunnel vision the fuck outta' me. So I ended up selling it for a crap ton of games, well worth it. I no longer get focused to hell and back.

She has over 80 tours while I only have like 12. I got 2 aussies already, she got 0 lmao.

Were they really that scared to not go back to their word after they said that it would come out before halloween?i know they want to talk with their work but this is getting ridiculous.

I still don't expect anything to happen this week aside from a blog post acknowledging the anniversary. Well they haven't done anything to say that the anniversary wont bring the Pyro update either. So if it comes and goes with no big event the community might implode.

In 4 days, it'll have been 6 years since the Manniversary Update, an update celebrating the release of the Mannconomy Update. It introduced features such as Item Tryouts, which allowed any TF2 user to try a weapon out from the Mann Co Store for 1 week, with a discount on the item offered at the end of the week. It also marked the day that the Steam Workshop offered support for TF2, with item creators now able to get paid for their modeling/texturing efforts. It also introduced the first Partner Taunt, known as the High Five taunt. This required one player to own the taunt, to press the Misc key, and to wait while another player would press G near the beginning player, which would begin the taunt. This update also included: -Multiple MISC slots -Decals -Loadout Presets -Gullywash -Broken Bottles (RIP) -New Replay features (RIP) It truly was an update for its time.
