TF2 General Chat and Speculation Station: Whiteboard Blues - Games

I'm so curious about what they're doing right now. I can only imagine Jill and Dave having a conversation about how the weather is. And maybe do a blogpost, too. It's probably not like that, since we have absolutely no idea what they're doing. Are they finishing up? Are they not even close? What's going on in that building?

They're probably reading various tf2 discussions with bottles of whiskey and giggling to themselves.

I know it's early in the day, but considering we don't have a blog post yet, I'm not expecting an update today. The blog post could come later in the evening but if they were doing a 1 day update, we'd have probably had the blog post/update page earlier by now, with the actual update coming later in the evening.

Maybe we should send them an e-mail or something.. Afterall they seem to be so very busy they may have not realised its the Anniversary already.. We don't know that.

I can only imagine how many emails they've already received, today alone, asking where the update is.

If we were getting the update for real today, we'd have gotten the blog post yesterday, and I don't think they will release a 10th anniversary update a day late (unless they pull what they did with the 119th update :v: )

Like, someone at the team is actively hinting about it with mannpower mode updates that they dont have enough people around to finish it up. In all seriousness, there was also the "plenty of time before halloween" that i posted in regards to asking them to fix a bug and maybe add a feature, but i think that both of those are off the table at this point. I tried even submitting an update to the last years halloween map Brimstone weeks ago but i received no reply to that mail. They might have new priorities and things to do and TF2 plays the part of the thing that you do when you got nothing else more important to do.

I at least hope they make a birthday blog post and give us SOMETHING new related to the update.

Daily reminder, 10th was not confirmed by TFTeam or Valve to be an official release date of the Pyro update.

I really don't see them not even making a blog post for the anniversary. It might be one that goes "Happy Birthday! But the update isn't coming this week" but nothing seems weird.

I don't expect the Update today. That won't happen. The most you could hope for is a Day 1 Blog Post. If they don't do a Blog Post about the 10th Anniversary tonight, this just confirms my belief that the week is the week even more and that chances are well get a day 1 blog post tomorrow. The TF Team wouldn't stay completely silent about this, doesnt matter how incompetent you wish them to be - that's a different dimension.
