Did they fixed the dead ringer reload glitch?

The stuff about maps not being well designed is something I'm getting a little sick of hearing, too. I mean yeah, some maps would be better with shorter sight-lines, but a sniper with good aim can stomp even from bad positions. The class is the larger problem. Being able to one-shot kill from any distance (heck, being able to reliably do damage at any distance) is a tremendous advantage no other class has, and sniper is supposed to pay for it with tunnel-vision and near-motionlessness. They need to bring this back by nerfing quickscopes. If that makes sniper weaker, so be it.

You can scope in with a sniper rifle in air but sniper is unable to draw a string back if his feet aren't on the ground. Who thought neither of these were good ideas?

You can't do it if you jump-rev ala heavy. It was a nice balancer for huntsman aswell, forcing you to stay anchored to the ground for all shots. It was a bad descision to remove this. as for "realism", balance is more important.

because "jump-rev" with the huntsman is dumb in CQC and has no proper player animations so you can't even tell when it's happening on the outside. it also makes spamming around a corner alot safer. it was quite clearly an intended limitation for years and only recently did "new valve" decide to remove it for who knows what reason.
What if, when the sniper scopes, there's a 0.5 second delay before he can land headshots?

Almost as terrible as having a weapon with high damage, big spread and delay before it can fire, have an additional time frame in which it deals less damage and has even more spread. Or as a Sniping tool with unavoidable random spread.
Can we pls not touch any classes besides pyro and spy. Unlocks nerfs/buffs are fine, but just keep them the way they are. Nerfing class base stats does not make any sense. I literally don't see anything wrong with sniper, you have to be good enough to hit the most broken hitboxes head to kill someone. If you're a bad sniper you will not do anything good with the class.
Friendlies are fucking cancer
One sniper weapon that really needs changing is the Huntsman Or the 'Fire a Arrow and hope it hits someone in the head for a instant kill'

It takes 1 second to begin charging, so 4.3 seconds from zoom-in, to headshot. So, we could reduce the base damage to 35 (105 on Quickshot), whilst keeping the max damage the same (150/450). To counterbalance that, we reduce the charging delay to .5 seconds. Thus, we have a Sniper rifle that deals 35/105 during the first half second, 36/108 to 49/147 during seconds .51 to .99 and from the first second onward acts exactly like the current Sniper rifle. This STILL rewards quickshot headshots, an integral part of Sniper's kit, but at the same time reigns him in significantly. It wouldn't need any new HUD elements and is not cryptic, as any player will be able to see how much damage they deal and when. In addition remove the .2" delay. If its for balancing reasons, it's a bad way to balance. If its to deter hackers, well, we know how well this has worked out. If we enforce the reduced damage on unscoped shots too, there might even be more of a reason to use SMGs. Increasing their damage output could be a decent countermeasure to crippling the class. (For the record I'm not in favor of nerfing the Sniper, nor would I be against a good solution to the "unfun" issue)

Hopefully once the mammoth update drops we'll see smaller updates every 2-3 months. Valve can't just drop a huge update, attract a ton of players, then leave the game barren of updates for a year. It would be a huge waste of time.
