Jokes aside, official support from valve for a fleshed out surf game mode for one of their games or even a standalone game would be neat, it'd be interesting to see the idea expanded upon into a full fledged thing.

Since chances are we aint getting anything this week, here is an overview for next week: - Next week is the [B]last[/B] "Summer" week! Means if we pass next week with nothing, we can officially say that this has been the first year of tf2 getting absolutely bloody nothing during the Summer. -Tip of the Hats is starting on Friday, the 22nd! Associated with it are medals which are usually distributed a bit before the Event if I recall correctly, means that chances are we'll get an update next week either way. I'm sure that half a dozen people have said this already, but I haven't checked the thread in like 2 months. The update still not being out is unbelievable and quite depressing. I don't seem to have missed a thing, have I? I want to get back into TF2, I'm a little sick of Overwatch, but most of my friends have stopped playing at this point, it's pretty lonely.
