Huntsman being off-meta is a problem of its own and penetrating alone doesn't make up for the loss of crowd control that standard rifles get with explosive headshots. This much is known and I'd like if Sniper's kit were more diverse than simply Heatmaker and the occasional Sleeper. But you seriously should not have even had an opportunity of getting those medic picks if the demo was even remotely competent at...anything at all. Carrying them must've been a burden.
