Every single one of my hats. The only reason I have them is because I have been deliberately picking out hats that look good to me, and plan to have at least one for every class. So far, I only have the Stainless Pot, the Bloke's Bucket Hat, and Detective Noir, but they all hold a special place in my heart, no matter how much "lolvalue" they have.

Mine would be my lime Max's head... I like it because I got it by getting the sam and max games, not through trading. My favourite hat though is my frenchman's beret with circling hearts, gave a lot away for it, but don't regret it

I'd say my Vintage Prussian Pickelhaube, mainly because it was the first hat I had. (and I was right; I had to craft my first hat before it would drop) I ended up crafting it with another hat a few years back giving me a football helm, trading came out some time later, and somehow a vintage one found its way into my backpack again. so lucky me i guess

Level 69 Vintage Axtinguisher (Good times with it and funny, somewhat fitting number) Vintage Targe and Eyelander (Demoknight is a blast and I love doing it with my very first set of gear, though I tend to use the Katana these days.)
