There doesn't seem to be much/any ao present, most noticeably on the collar and cuffs. The fur detail on the cap also looks really dense, especially when compared to the collar.

If you can't get the envmask to work, then just make a new vmt/ material, and assign it to the parts of the model that you want to have envmap on (in you modelling program), then just give that vmt the same basetexture as the other one and give it a cubemap. (Im refering to making 2 vmts, also this should be a last resort.)
I'd recommend just putting it in the alpha channel of the diffuse rather than a seperate material

I was going to use the diffuse's alpha channel as phong. Also BlueFlytrap PM'd me and gave me a fix; I can actually use it for both phong and envmap.

I'm in urgent need of help for making a more refined texture for this pyro hoodie. I'm wanting a texture that is more festive/ winter/ holiday themed. Similar to the toasty texan, but different in it's own way. possibly a snowflake and stripes patteren that includes the pyro's fireball logo and little TF logos on the item. I can make more concepts or examples if needed. THANKS!
my last few attemps with some texture artists have failed. thats why this isnt done yet (my last guy literally just told me he wont be able to do it).
