That's an issue with SFM, using black in the painted areas does that for some reason.

I think it might need some new animations since gjyrojet rockets do not have shells to eject and doesn't have an ejection port either and you wouldn't really need to change the grip if you commissioned some new animations to work it the carbine grip.

I don't think Valve cares. Multiple Sniper Rifles don't even have bolts, but Sniper still cocks them. Hands clipping straight through new weapons also isn't exactly new.

Touched up the coat a bit. Made the coat a little slimmer, edited the normals a bit and made them less harsh. Also made the gradient stronger and added class icons, too.
