Meanwhile there's a snipping quote trend going on, I just made a weapon, but with placeholder textures based on sims_doc concept.

I feel like the hat/hair needs more work, and I think I can see some layers on the unibrow that aren't smoothed out (I might be wrong).

And if a lot of people are saying that, I'd suggest you take that constructive criticism and use it so in the future so you can improve your work.
they all say that but never tell me how to improve it, they also just tell me to figure it out but this is the best i could figure out on my own
Best things to do are spend time and effort on the item, study TF2's artstyle, and not make it 100% accurate to something that already exists. That last one's called copyright infringement, and it'll probably get you a DMCA.
i haven't made a single item and i already know these how the fuck-

look i'm not trying to be rude but you seriously need to go back to the drawing board and re-learn the tf2 workshop process from scratch.

Someone's up to it?

fine
fine
To be honest, Forbidden is right. You have been denying a ton of constructive criticism, and haven't listened to advice that were given to you by people who want to see you succeed. If you don't take it at all, how will you be able to move on and learn more in the future?
Take your time with making items. If you practice and practice, you'll get the hang of it. And don't worry if you don't get it down after awhile, some people need more time to learn. Trust me, it took me awhile and my items looked horrible when I first worked on workshop items.
cinical science? bad granddad? old fart's fad?
finish it is a good one
It's really best to take your time with this stuff, rather than pump it out & finish it as fast as you can.
Also this may just be beating a dead horse here, but I wouldn't want to collaborate with someone who, not only ignores constructive criticism, but who also uses others concepts without permission.
I mean that didn't seem to stop you when we told you to cut it out during Workshop of horrors, as you went on to use one of Rageguy's concepts and not even credit him.
what im asking for is better specific instructions to make the items, so what is wrong with my qc, vtf and my vmt?
what im asking for is better specific instructions to make the items, so what is wrong with my qc, vtf and my vmt?
We told them long ago. And you ignored.
You do realize that if you listen to us you might even be the nee Svdl?
what im asking for is better specific instructions to make the items, so what is wrong with my qc, vtf and my vmt?
Well for starters none of that is important since its all run through the importer. But if you want feedback on all that then lol sure: your QC is quite honestly garbage, its all jumbled and makes no sense. Your directories aren't the ones used by other cosmetics in the game, it just kinda being plopped into its own random folder. You seem to have skin families for paint? Paint is handled by the VMT and alpha of your texture. If you decompiled any hat from the game it'd give you an idea how a QC is suppose to look.
You need to focus on the important thing people keep telling you, which is to fix your model. Stop focusing on the QC, vtf, or vmt's because it litertally doesn't matter. No one is going to guide you through the entire process of making an item, you need to take the feedback given and work with it.
To quote Harry again:
you seriously need to go back to the drawing board and re-learn the tf2 workshop process from scratch.
From the QC alone (and the fact you think you need one) really show you don't have an understanding of making things for TF2/Source, or how the workshop works for that matter. There are a ton of useful guides to help you get started out there.
what im asking for is better specific instructions to make the items
Aw jeez man... People on this thread have already given you all the advice they can. The thing is, you don't listen. I were in the same situation not too long ago, let me give you an advice that worked for me:
Tear it all down. Think what went wrong. Listen to all feedback. Improve. Start again.
If you want to have 80 incompatible, sloppy items in your workshop, it's okay we won't judge you. But understand that there is the easy way and the hard way, and only the hard way will get you results. Go study brush stroke techniques and basic hard surface modeling, the little things. It'll get you far.
End of rant, let us move on.
