I been thinking that a halberd-like axe for pyro would be cool. Tried to model one myself but it didnt work out too well. Made this concept thing if someone else wants to make one.

The back side of the head is styled as a flame. I put two different lengths as the short one is closer to the stock axe but the longer one is more like a real halberd. Something I thought of while writing this is that it would be cool if it had a mode where it uses the primary weapon animations to attack with the spear head, but the length that would require would probably make some bad clipping in melee mode.

It's a nearly-1:1 replica of the largest shown layout of the maze from The Shining. Up to 32 players can be spawned randomly throughout the maze, separated from their teammates. Once thrown in, they will be hunted by the Horseless Headless Horsemann, and shortly after, the exit will be revealed in 1 of 2 locations. First player to the escape wins the round for their team.
I'll probably do a Steam Workshop release for it soon just for fun, but yeah, that's what I did this weekend.
