honestly, you should tweak the positioning of his left arm. it looks really awkward if he leans forward or back even slightly. maybe try mimicking the way engineer stands when using the pistol.

The proportions look weird and like ZombiPlastiClok said the lack of hard egdes makes it look like it's made out of clay or something. My biggest problems atm are the pistol grip and the weird blob at the end of the crossbow. The body of the gun is also very bulky and has little to no detail in it making it kinda plain.

the point of the grip is to fit the user's fingers, for it to be more comfortable and easier to grip. the pattern you have now is almost random.

[IMG]http://i.imgur.com/zWZVFvz.png[/IMG] Some parts look hastily done, such as the front limb. Treat your items with love. I suggest taking a look at some other Workshop items and see how they handle sharp edges so you can have an idea on how to improve yours. Forgive me if this sounds a bit too harsh, but this is the kind of criticism I wish I had when I first started.
