In case an update page rolls out tonight, good luck to all.
did anyone make a concept of the mercs flying on a carpet before? [t]http://thumbs.dreamstime.com/z/3d-man-flying-carpet-16667219.jpg[/t] because I can't remember if I saw anything like that and I wanna know if I should make a concept of it
I once explained such concept to winglet, and was going to make the ref carpet model, but then I forgot about it. Anyways, I need some other collaborator for a three-men project of a friend of mine. COntact me if you can help me and my friend on this project. We need a third modeler.
made it less shitty
Was someone doing this? Or could I give it a try? [editline]28th June 2016[/editline]
sorry its too big
Is this claimed too? Could I try doing the glasses, hair and neck parts?
Ehh... I think it's got a bit too much going on and it's very distracting to look at personally, and not because of the colors. Just too much over all. I will admit though, it makes me wish for a Jet Set Radio "Beat" set of cosmetics for scout though. Even the roller blades as well. But I highly doubt that would ever be an option since it'd require new animations and would technically make the scout a tiny bit taller.
Roller blades can be done with scout, since his feet are removable. he'd still have to run with them
Was someone doing this? Or could I give it a try? [editline]28th June 2016[/editline] Is this calimed too? Let people see what youve made so they can decide if they want you making their stuff.

Seeing how my last concept was pretty well received, I decided to do a quick piece of cosmetic concept art, based off "The Cogs" from Disney's Toontown Online. (Click to see full view) [t]http://i.imgur.com/OJVKUJ2.png[/t] I tried to make the similarities to TTO's "Cogs" as loose as possible while still being recognizable. I'm not to sure if I succeeded. The "Big Cheese" Style is based off the "Bossbot" type, while the "Tightwad" is based off the "Sellbot" type. Both styles add cartoonishly-enlarged lapels, front coat pockets, and separations in the suit at the shoulders, where team-colored wiring is hidden. Each style is paintable. The "Big Cheese" style is paintable only at the tie, while on the "Tightwad" style, the whole undershirt is paintable. So, what do you all think? Is there any improvements I should make?
this is claimable again
this is claimable again
Can I? The boots will be difficult given Sniper's bottom shape there though.
Can I? The boots will be difficult given Sniper's bottom shape there though.
sorry, I'm looking for someone a bit more experienced

Also, what cosmetics would you even consider putting with this to make a set that meshes well or just belongs in general together? [editline]28th June 2016[/editline]
this is claimable again
An Indiana type look for sniper looks nice. The cup suppose to be the Holy Grail by chance in the pack? heh The set up looks reasonably put together though I'd say... Not really crazy and looks like sniper would actually wear.. Though, the shorts and the top look like they clash for some reason IMO. Something just seems a tad bit out of place... Maybe it's because Indiana doesn't wear shorts ( I believe he normally runs pants ) usually and I'm probably just looking too much into it to be honest.

Maybe if I remove the wires, and just keep the main suit it should be better.

I don't do tf2 stuff much anymore but someone told me to just show this shit. scout one I doodled at work and the heavy one was for Gadgets Medieval thing. I'm too lazy to work on em anymore so this is the slop I'm presenting.
You guess... poorly.
Well shit... *abruptly turns into a skeleton and dies*
I don't do tf2 stuff much anymore but someone told me to just show this shit. scout one I doodled at work and the heavy one was for Gadgets Medieval thing. Like the concept though, though it was pyro till I saw you mention scout. Heavy one is pretty neat IMO, I like it definitely.
Do these by any chance have an actual name? It's hard to find a good reference picture since I don't know what they're called.

A while back I attempted a restoration of the beta head models for historical purposes. Most of them turned out decent, although Soldier looks like a big toe. [t]http://i.imgur.com/HV5IhDz.png[/t] Would anyone be interested in seeing them released?
X-post from Mayann
The leaf does seem too little for being a TF2 Styled one.
X-post from Mayann
It's a set of hair with a band around it, right? Perhaps you should rest the band a little looser, having it angled downward towards the back of the head, instead of laying straight on the head like it is now. It would add a little more visual interest and variation, I think. Also, unless something like that is really tight, it'd still have a bit of give to it, allowing it to naturally rest on the head. I'm not sure what material the band is supposed to be made of, but if it's a solid band, it'd be weighed down in the back on its own as well.
Those would be a style of gaiters worn by Japanese soldiers in World War 2.
managed to find a good picture work with, thanks this is my first doing this, any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated

Any suggestions on how to handle jigglebones/rigging for this one? It's a briefcase handcuffed to spy's arm, incase someone cant see the image. I really have no idea where to even start with on this, haven't done anything similar to this before, any advice appreciated.

I don't know much about modelling or the process of making an item but aren't jigglebones essentially just a property you can apply to a solid item to make it jiggle a bit when it moves? Without actual physics you'll probably find it hard to make this look good. Think like the dangling robot heads on weapons from MvM (like on the Scattergun and Rocket Launcher). Those look like shit in action and get all weird and messed up when you move too erratically.
