Try checking the animation itself, not the qc. Also, use vm_bones, the worldmodel is just freaked out.

I didn't put any buttons on it because in TF2 Button Shirts don't have the button part, I also left the Dog-Tags on cause it went pretty well with the style, it's a basic outfit so it would fit perfectly into the time period The Texture's just the basic colors nothing final yet, any constructive criticism would really help and if you're wondering about what happened to my last project [t]http://i.imgur.com/QRnCzJ9.jpg[/t]

Although they are on the viewer's right side, similar to a woman's shirt. Shirts for males would have the buttons on the viewer's left side.
Any advice on face, edge and vertices smoothing? I've finished my mesh and I'd like some help regarding this specific part of modeling, also is sculpting needed to create strips effect?

Perhaps add some extra detailing to the sleeves/white shirt?
So after importing an animations .qc into a .blend file, the .blend has gotten so slow, it's almost unusable, until I load a different .blend file. Anyone know a way to fix this?
