The viewmodel I understand, but Valve added in numerous Pyroland skins and the Balloonibouncer taunt, and those aren't even Pyroland restricted.
I've mentioned it, pyroland is a bad thing on tf2 and because of it we shouldn't be adding more of this non sense. Let's not hit the nails further on pyroland, let it be like this and never go back to doing pyroland item.
Anyone whipping together any coordinated effort for Halloween this year, or is it kind of a free-for-all?
Anyone whipping together any coordinated effort for Halloween this year, or is it kind of a free-for-all?
yeah I came into this thread after not checking in for about a month expecting to see some sweet halloween stuff, but I'm surprised that I don't see any of the sort. Can't wait to see it start popping up regardless though
Since we're on about Scream Fort stuff, what if I was do design a Scout set inspired by Leon from Resident Evil?
Not so much Leon's modern design, but more how he debuted in RE2

I do have some other ideas that will be a lot better suited for SF 2016, but this is just something that's been on my mind for a couple of days and I want some general opinions on the idea.
[sp](That or maybe Jill Valentine would work for him)[/sp]
Edit:
jfc I suggest too many Scout sets and I don't even mean to do so
For anyone who likes Vinesauce I recently made a Vinesauce Hitsound if you guys wanna use it :pudge: Link
Pushing some old concepts I worked on earlier this year in anticipation of Scream Fortress/Holiday.

I'll be putting some unclaimed sets together for Scream Fort sometime, but for now have Comrade Cuddles!
Because poorly designed children entertainer costumes are never not creepy.
i could start crapping out some concepts. Mostly based off of Quake 2 and other such little tidbits.
did somebody say halloween

But yeah, Mr. Blobby was a really big inspiration for this set idea, although I do intend to make the final design a bit more unique by combining other elements of kids mascots, like the cartoonish white gloves and making the nose more Muppetlike.
Assuming this set idea would even work ingame, ofc...
Also, on the subject of weird, kid show characters from the 80s, I maaaay also have a Spy mask idea from a certain nosey man

-claimed-
Hey, does anyone want to have a go at making an Expiration Date themed map with a bread monster boss battle for Halloween?
I'll help however I can if you want me to, but the idea's been discussed loads before, so feel free to take it and run.
Seeing how everyone's getting in the Halloween spirit

Yes, yes and more yes.
You could try to put on "2fort police department" like "2F.P.D

i think im satisfied with the hair, considering putting spherical earrings on it like birdie has in SF, but I'm worried that'll make it harder to work into other outfits. thoughts?

Now that Valve has remembered styles are a thing you can do both
Now that Valve has remembered styles are a thing you can do both
Why would you make a style for such a minor detail. Styles are not an excuse to not make a design decision.
As I work on some stuff with Perrry, I got started on that Rezzie Evil 2 thing and I'm a bit unsure about the colours at the moment:

Of course I'm working off an old character design, which has a questionable design

I could just fix this by switching it with a traditional police vest and add extra padding, but I want some opinions on this if it works.

updating this ol' boi. mainly textures and some smoothing issues that irked me. Dunno if I should leave the teeth shiny or not tho...

The Multiverse popping monster
(Trying to do better colorings)
Halloween concept, up to be claimed.
Mann of the Morter, a Pyro set I made for Frontline, is getting a bit of a better workover, especially with the jumpsuit.

Also update on LeonScout

The vest covers up too much of the Scout's team colours.
I was really digging the first design, especially with the team coloring
Hang on?! Valve accept promotional items for Scream Fortress now? Since when is this a thing.

The Xenomorph set for Scout.
What happened with the "Scout in Shining Armor" updates?
We've been quite busy with some other projects lately, but we are working on it

if I didn't mention it before, it's based on Square's awesome concept
[t]http://puu.sh/rb7U8/4d9c2620bf.jpg[/t]
(wip is a bit outdated, almost finished with the textures for the torso)
The Xenomorph set for Scout.
Which was endorsed by that company. You can't just go make something from a property and expect it to get in.

The Guardian
A more "actual" concept (Could fit The medieval contest/ Halloween)
Claimable.
