Gonna disagree with the advice you've gotten so far about colors and software and stuff. Don't worry about the medium. Right now the actual concept doest make any sense as a gun. You can see the, I assume, barrels from the back. How does it fire without the force going out he back? Or where is the hammer/firing pin for that matter? Looks just like a tube glued to a block glued to a handle currently. Also how does the reload work? Doesnt fit any of spys animations. Even though TF2 is cartoony the guns still make some sense. I'd suggest drawing over the default spy revolver to make sure the parts are in the right place to ensure it would actually work.

Your concepts are very innovative and fresh, but like many others have already said, pencil drawings might not be the best way to present your ideas. Instead, you could try free digital painting programs such as Firealpaca and Windows Paint. Right now your drawings don't really tell us about the shading or proportions of the weapon. That makes the job of texturers and modellers really hard, as they have to figure out everything based on only the general shape of the gun.
I suggest you take a small break from mass-producing concept art and instead study a bit how other, more experienced artists get it done. Take these valve(?) weapon concepts, for example

You can see how strong brush strokes define the shading and form of the weapons without adding too much unnescessary detailing. Of course, your style can be different, but try to learn from others.
