Should work with extra bones (?) since you can import jiggles.

The [URL="https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Particle_Editor"]wiki[/URL] is generally the best place to go to get started. From there just looking at existing effects and figuring out how they work can provide a good bit of knowledge. Theres also a few tutorials out there, [URL="http://www.interlopers.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=26856"]this[/URL] is a pretty basic one but it should be enough to get you started.
