Originally, I was going to enter this for the Loadout Contest. Had his origin story in my head for a while, never got around to posting/typing it out. Here's the unpolished (and totally original) version anyways:

However, due to a lack of suitable candidates, Wilson was ultimately chosen to pilot a rocket prototype. The rocket never left the atmosphere, as Wilson had ingested the fuel cell, thinking it was a banana. It was solid Australium. Said Australium fuel granted Wilson incredible intelligence. Realizing how Mann Co. had treated him and his primate companions, he went on a rampage throughout Mann Co. facilities, which came to an immediate end when offered a banana and a job as a mercenary for Mann Co.
