I don't see a huge problem with one item differences between other loadouts, the set just wouldn't stand out as well if there are others like it.

summer hat to protect from sun during noon battles, robotic chest to protect valuables, loot, ammunition etc, obviously steel has to work better than wood, there might *pyros* around the battlefield..

You're not the only one though. Skins don't work for me too. I think maybe the new War Paints update changed how skins work and broke loadout.tf

I'd probably get this scout loadout together if the Memory Maker wasn't almost unobtainable.
