I felt that the fat stacks help sell the thief look a bit more. The hat being a comedic villain burglar hat.

Colors are off, the cosmetics don't work together (who wears jogging pants and a tight coat?), and there's no discernible theme
Normally I'm all for do what you please, just because we personally don't think the loadout looks good doesn't mean you shouldn't wear it, yadda yadda, but I'd highly recommend not making that loadout specifically.
