Oh hi Facebunch, I've been stalking this thread for a while and I decided to give it a try since I recently came back into TF2. I'm finally happy about the gameplay : Decent FPS, config and PC set-up. Hooray!
I now need advices on the core mechanic of the game : Hats and stuff.
I have a smoll budget but I would like to create or complete my loadouts so they don't look like absolute trash.
Here I will start with the Pyro because I'm a "damn furry main" or whatever people say
Current Pyro :
Cotton Head, Flair! and Soot Suit.

I would like to replace the badges and keep the grenades hidden. I'd also want to keep the "style", the "mood"[I] (I can't find a right word for it)[/I] of it. This would involve replace Flair! with a 3rd cosmetic, or maybe change more than just these badges?
Any fashion advice is welcome, including : Paint suggestions, Cosmetic Suggestions, "Cotton Hed Sugz" Suggestions, or anything you fancy really.
If you want a good all-class theme, maybe swap out the Soot Suit for a Tuxxy and paint the Cotton Head Black/White/Gray, and just look on the wiki or through marketplace.tf or TF2 Warehouse for cheaper all-class cosmetics. Cotton Head is a very solid cosmetic and you really can't go wrong with it

I like how the Tuxxy looks on Pyro, but it doesn't disable the grenades, while the Soot does. Also, I was using the Cotton Head when it still was a Pyro-only item, I'm not really willing to use it on other characters.
But thanks for the tips, I'll try some paints!

Ever since they changed the flame particles my game lags badly so I'm forced to visit Pyroland because the particles are well optimized there and because I've ended up liking it, so I made a loadout with The Burning Bongos (one of the few Pyroland cosmetics):
