My shot at making a desert-themed Scout
Looks pretty good. The lack of a torso cosmetic does somewhat stand out, but there really isn't much you can do about that since you've used all 3 cosmetic slots.
It certainly fits the theme you were going for.

The Hot Case is paintable and looks fab! While I'm happy to leave my Pyro loadout in the Flamedeer, I do wonder what other masks I could use and found some other variants that look pretty tight:

I might replace the antlers for something else. The veterans attire is one of the few coats that kinda looks good with the brass bucket. I was thinking the Killer's Kit for this? the bottom half feels a little unloved
Nothing in this loadout really works together imo. The killer's kit would only be a minor improvement, I'd ditch the helmet altogether.
