Combat Slacks or Borscht Belt?
Well, these are my loadouts. I tried to do stuff that didn't went overboard nor hide the eyes and/or mouths. I believe trying to cover the facial expressions kill the charm of the characters (Spy is the exception because Deus Ex)

Punks Pomp and Brooklyn Booties go very well
I prefer the middle two, baggy pants with greaser hair doesn't work as well together and the sneakers seem a little bit weird on the first one (first one is still pretty good though).

Brooklyn Booties will fit better with the Jungle Jersey imo. Though either hats work well enough.

Hey guys; I've noticed that TFMV has broken with the Blue Moon cosmetics so here's a workaround that'll allow you to use them in TFMV and for those who edit wiki stuff, this'll work for you as well.
Download: tfmv_fixed.zip
Steps:
1. Install TFMV
2. REMOVE ANY SHORTCUTS MADE (They will force update the schema files and remove the ones you replace!)
3. Go to C:\Users\Me\Appdata\Roaming\TFMV\tf2_schema and replace all existing files!
4. Create a new shortcut of TFMV. (C:\Program Files (x86)\TFMV)
5. Launch TFMV
6. ?????
7. Profit!
TFMV after these steps will be able to use all the cosmetics added to the game since the Blue Moon update.
