wouldn't be that hard, just take the white one (make sure it replaces something paintable) and add the paint commands and proxies in the vmt

Get someone who can texture to change it?
It's just the default texture with the paint applied uniformly over it. You'd probably have to edit the alpha channel to make it look better painted and I can't do that.
Sadly, the silhouette pack will be bad in dim lit maps.
The NES pack will most likely help me spot scouts easier.

Tactical probably didn't do the alpha for the paint layers very well or just put it flat so it's ALL colored and there's no AO or anything from the default skin.'Cause that's what it looks like.

One thing I've realized, like a previous comment mentioned, is that there is a bit too much white. Portal has a lot of dark greys (near black) like Scout's hat and such. I should incoporate more of those.
