One thing I've realized, like a previous comment mentioned, is that there is a bit too much white. Portal has a lot of dark greys (near black) like Scout's hat and such. Normal map'd shirt rips? They'd help break up the solid orange, and introduce darker shades into the jacket/pants to offset the large amount of white.

I think one of the earlier aperture science logos should be used. The one with the neutron in it. More for the time period and I think it would fit the tf2 feel better.

Or since it's only 47kb, I could merge it with a .png and upload it to my maj, then you jsut have to save the image and open it with winRAR.
I wish GIMP would install so I could try editing the alpha channel. All I have is Paint.NET and it can't do it. Maybe if the GIMP isntaller would stop freezing I could actually edit the alpha channel and try and make it look good painted.

Really going through and darkening them up, especially the pants. They looked way too bright orange.

looks good, but honestly... no. it's something very unnecessary and pointless IMO. it would be a great detail if we make all the skins exactelly like the one CHel wears in game. dirty and all.
