That spy arm reminded me of an idea I had a while back for a Soldier Melee weapon. A roasted (or not) cow leg, that starts out with the same damage as the shovel, but if you right click, you take a bite out of it. Restores 20% of your HP (or overheals accordingly), but loses 20% of its current damage output with each bite (Starting from an average of 65 to an average of 26). Would be great for rocket jumpers. That, and it would be hilarious to see someone get crit'd by a cow leg.
