But, if I was suggest anything for Demoman, it would be him standing in a sort of sword "quick-draw" pose for some time(since taunt kills must not be too fast) and then just drag and cut very quickly in a smooth and straight move(Decapping the enemy). Alternatively, he could start by standing and holding the katana completely straight(Mulan style) and then again just cut in a quick smooth move. But, personally I prefer the first one of the two.
