Just checked up on the the other kill taunts, the one with the longest impact time(IE: Not the actual taunt length, but rather when the enemy is affected) is 5 seconds on the Sandman taunt(BONK). The shortest being Huntsman(Skewer) which stun at around 2 seoncds annd kil on around 3-4.

Have the Soldier take off his hat and show it to person infront of him and a short radius explosion comes out, pretty much like something a magician would do except you know...without him being a psychotic killer.
