When it starts is unknown. I'd like to start it up when ya'll feel like its time and aren't playing another game and what not. So yeah, this is real people, so to hype it up:

He needs more military stuff that'd fit in TF2's timezone though.

The only weapons we were really developing in that timezone (Non-stop) was nuclear weapons, Nuke this, nuke that.
(Also, Sun Tzu is Chinese. America was never at war with the Chinese (Directly.).)
Not necessarily weapons, I'm thinking uniforms and stuff here.
Also because the Soldier is into all kinds of warriors, that also means samurai since they ARE warriors.

The best Sniper Hat was obviously the Croc Leather Slouch, and Valve didn't add it in for whatever reason.
