what's there to work on? It's already done. Unless you're referring to team colors in which case im sorry to say my computer does not like them.

I'm also starting to get kind of tired of skinning Tron stuff. all it is, is just making a copy of the texture, darken it, select area, outline. rinse, repeat. over, and over, and over.

I'm also not at liberty to upload it as it's Akatsuki's work, not mine.

but really big.

My suggestion would be to do something about that odd black spot, make the top smaller, and see what you can do about the brown part on the handle, it looks like it's got an odd shape.

Try going for a lighter color then, and get that indent towards the end of the gun. It feels really dark and messy, although that could just be from it being far away.

Cattle Prod Harpoon Gun. Harpoon gets stuck in an enemy, constant electric damage until they're dead. No removal until they're dead.

Coiled Cord Lasso (or Launcher). Uses the cord on his hip. If primary, works the same as above. If melee: left click to crack for an eyelander-sized attack, right click to lasso for constant electric damage until the enemy melees it off twice. No upgrading.

Both take a bit to reel back in if they miss or kill. Both can break sappers.

Until they're dead? How about until you're out of range of the player, go around a wall or have something in the middle of the two people.

I was thinking that if you lassoed or stuck somebody, you two would pretty much be tethered together. The fun part would be coercing them to greet your sentry.
