If I recall correctly with my bad memory, this guy made a plague doctor's hat for the medieval update. If it is the same guy, I can safely say that the grimm hatte was submitted waaay before medieval was even thought of, infact it was actually submitted with the blighted beak so there was literally no chance of any stealing. Plus you can actually see in the texture my unique blur filter being applied on the texture.
