It looks a bit fuzzy and dull, can you shift the light around a bit to try and get brighter highlights and darker shadows? Somehow I'd say clean up the fuzziness, and raising the contrast if necessary for the icon to pop more like the others.

But for the most part, it looks good, I look forward to it!

It looks a lot more like a candy cane or barber shop poles than a fireworks tube. You need to give it more to make it lean in that direction if that's where you want to take it, think of the fireworks you buy every year around the fourth of July (or alternatively, whichever holidays you celebrate involving fireworks.) Find some ways to push it towards fireworks, and make it more then just a candy cane barrel.
