Deal is, there will be 25 slots for this raffle, and the winner will receive one of any hat they desire most. Though, because of the circumstances of this raffle, I will likely be buying the hat and gift wrap for the winner, so there entree fee of 2 items. So this is how it's gonna work people, I am raffling away [i]THREE[/i] of these hats, but some are also on the TF2TP, so it's you against the clock. Since I've gotten a personalized hat for my favorite class, the cost of entry is a [b]SERIOUS[/b] Spy Avatar, I.E. No troll face, no Mingeface, no shoving a knife up sniper's ass (Though I might save that one for a later raffle.), Serious avatar. How it's made is completely up to you, photoshop, Garry's Mod, MS Paint, whatever.

I will be judging the avatars, and the top three will get a hat of their choice. The first place avatar goes first, 2nd, second, etc. So have at it!
