I got mine when the servers were up for a split second.
I noticed a bug while playing in offline practice: when a spy disguised as me (engineer) decloaked, the 3d engineer by the health did a decloak animation

Nah it's a shame, I was hoping to see a proper war rather than a quick vote.
Update seems ok overall, but doesn't really change enough, and changes that were made feel weird and unnecessary.

It's not that bad with its optimization and big fixes. If they reverted the Heavy changes and added a Quickplay menu for community servers it'd be one of the best updates in years.
Casual mode is just matchmaking.

No, they listened to the community for this update. They heard that Valve would keep nerfing heavy....
So that's what they did.
(but seriously why did they nerf him again; pretty much nothing happened to heavy)
Looking at the rebalances, it sadly seems they rushed to create them right after the day 2 blog post

even though there really are not that many balance changes and almost none of the weapons currently banned in popular highlander formats were changed at all

I do agree with this. Heavy changes aren't good, quickplay for community servers is a must. Everything else is mostly fine by me. I do not agree with everyone saying this is a terrible update, though.

They removed Quickplay, and made two competitive modes. This is a mess.
