Yeah. They added airblast to the most useless scout weapon. Like, it's not gonna change the fact that scout is much better off using a different weapon. The delay on the "airblast" is pretty damn long for this feature to become gamebreaking.
TBH A lot of their decisions just make me go "What were they thinking?".
Regardless of all of this I am really glad with how Escalation handled the release of PASS Time.
Not only did they thank their testers, after incorporating some of their feedback from beta tests with the developers themselves, with a pin but they also added cosmetics as an incentive to play an otherwise overlooked gamemode.

Yeah, problem is that it doesn't even seem like the pin is being distributed right. A lot of people who played it aren't getting it.
The new matchmaking mode is a great way to not play the map or gametyod you wanted

Might be for people who joined the official Beta PASS Time server the developers themselves hosted. I joined it a couple times for dev play tests.

Shortstop is above everything about giving the scout extra damage at midrange, with less damage than close range. Healing was a weird stat that didn't make any sense. Maybe the push is a bad idea, I haven't used it much at all, but pushing people to midrange makes more sense with the shortstop than healing ever did.

For the least-intrusive look possible, I recommend this:
viewmodel_fov 75
fov_desired 90
tf_use_min_viewmodels "1"
Viewmodel fov can't go too high with minmode, though, as it exposes broken things like Spy's third arm. You can also lower viewmodel fov as much as you like, but this is what I'm comfortable with being used to viewmodel_fov 90 and fov_desired 90.

Now that makes the feature a lot more logical
The lack of a world animation for the Short Stop is really questionable. Also it would have been a far better stat for a baseball bat.
