Only strange cosmetic parts can be applied to hats, so i'd wager it's a glitch.
Edit - I am quite mistaken here. Apparently strange parts can be applied to cosmetics as well.

IIRC they updated cosmetic stranges to allow any part, and then it just tracks stats based on your global weapons (no matter what you use, anything capable of doing said stat will count towards the hat)

Spent a good 30 minutes in a server trying to figure it out, but with everyone throwing their opinions around in a chaotic way nothing got done.
Can you rank your coin down by losing? Like, from Rank 2 to one? I lost pretty bad and half my xp went. It'll be a nightmare if your coin doesn't lock to a rank once you achieve it.

It actually makes me wish for the old server browser back, no joke.
I got into an upward quickplay game. It was a lot of fun, reminded me of Overwatch in a good way. We were capping points with >1 minute left on the clock, coordinating much more than your old Valve pubs. I think it's a huge step up. But god damn the xp system is shit. You literally get 0 points if your team loses. I top scored on the team, 20 points higher than anybody else on the team, second highest score on the server. And it gives me 0 points. What the fuck does it expect, I can't carry a team of 12, one person does not make a difference in 12v12.

As a Redditor with nothing better to do, I looked up some of the words. Don't know if these are the intended meanings for us to find, but they're what I found.
Finear is a word often associated with looking more beautiful than somebody else.
Donked (or donk) has multiple definitions, from australian slang for a car's engine to a fool.
Irlenous can be related to Irlen syndrome, a condition relating to the interaction with light of the central nervous system and the eyes at a physiological level.
Only thing I could find for Subcla is stuff related to the Subclavian artery/vein.
Memagold has something to do with watches from what I found.
Couldn't find meanings for Amment, enempose, unissubs, or cowmillow. Amment, enempose, and unissubs had stuff for something in a different language, so they may mean something. Most likely anagrams like you said.
Lot's of this may be dumb useless grasping at straws, but thought it was cool that some of them actually related to something at least.

However, your screen space and spacial awareness is saved.

I checked them for anagrams, just garbage. I think it has nothing.
I'm starting to go crazy over this damn achievement. Besides the triggers people also found some custom textures relating to a "Throwback Jack" here.
