If it means Valve will lose money. They won't do it plain and simple.
We just need a more expensive bread box basically. 6 ref gives you a special Meet Your Match reskin (IE: Reskin with some fancy looking comp stuff, like a Atomizer with the old winged badges)

I like what they're doing with Casual mode. The leveling up system I ASSUME, when combined with a 12v12 matchmaking system, will place you in a mix of players that is equal in skill overall to the opposite team: here's what I mean, with a 9 player team instead of 12 players BLU level 1 level 7 level 23 level 2 level 8 level 10 level 6 level 1 level 18 add the numbers and you get 76. So with a team like that, you'd want the opposite team to have an composition of approximately equal levels: RED level 3 level 36 level 10 level 11 level 1 level 1 level 7 level 9 level 2 add the numbers and you get 80. So these teams playing together based on the 12v12 matchmaking system would be a pretty decent match, and not every single game in a Valve server would feel like you're getting steamrolled or you're steamrolling.

I'd love for new Cosmetic Strangifier Chemistry Sets to be a rare drop for Casual/Competitive matches. Would be nice to be able to strangify more past cosmetics.
chem sets would be cool if the recipes weren't entirely bizarre I have two that I care(d?) about when they dropped and I still have not finished them to this day. 3 Cosa Nostra Caps? why?
I'm only looking at the update page now and is it just me or do the selected maps seem a bit...underwhelming? I'm not trying to disrespect any of the creators of those maps god no but I expected something a little more "out there" I suppose.

Especially considering the main feature of the update.
I'm super excited for the leveling system, I've been waiting for TF2 to get a nice progression system outside of getting kills on Stranges and working your way towards a cosmetic loadout.

I'm pretty sure those maps are very popular in competitive settings, sunshine and swiftwater especially.
