I'm going with Pyro because while Heavy does need rebalancing and help to become a better class, I think Pyro needs it more. Ever since Axtinguisher got nerfed he's just not been the same.

As someone who loves playing Heavy [I]and[/I] Pyro, I'm still gonna have to go with Heavy.

to the people whining about only one class getting new weapons, you are mistaken. It says on the blog post that both will "highly likely" get a class set at some point.
keep in mind you might want to reserve your judgment for team selection until you see the patch notes

hopefully the whole Heavy Vs. Pyro thing doesn't go on for months.
Both will get class updates, but one will get it first I believe. So don't worry, heavy and pyro will get more weapons, cosmetics, balances, etc.
